Where time layers into matter
The project
SEDIMENTI is a collection of unique works that brings the idea of natural stratification into the realm of design.
The collection was born from a collaboration with architects Eleonora Pozzi and Danilo Duroni. Each piece is an exploration of the relationship between time, matter, and memory, where millennia-old materials such as Trani stone and fossilized wood engage in a dialogue with bronze, shaping sculptural forms that transcend function to become contemporary relics.
"As in natural sedimentation, where time reveals itself through layers of matter, transformation, and preserved memory, so each piece in the collection carries within it the geological history of its materials, inviting the viewer to slow their gaze and discover the beauty that lies beneath the surface."

Sedimentary stone of ancient origin, characterized by glassy reflections and stratifications that narrate geological eras.
FOSSIL WOOD
Witness to millennia of transformations, it carries within it the memory of primordial forests crystallized in time.
BRONZE
The dialogue between the natural and the metallic, between organic matter and human artifice, spanning millions of years.
